Welcome to Hamlin Violin Studio!
The Hamlin Violin Studio is a facility where violinists are trained for the love of music. Located in the heart of Missoula, Montana, the Hamlin Studio has been setting standards in violin pedagogy for aspiring violinists.
Our Mission
Hamlin Studio trains young violinists the important aspects of violin playing; such as, ear training, form, posture and stance. The Studio tries to teach the students to pay close attention to detail and style of the different master composers as well as to interpretation to ones self expression.
Gary Hamlin's students have become music educators, professional performers, music majors, received college scholarships, and full honor students. Hamlin Studio's is experienced in teaching violin students of all ages and levels involving Suzuki and traditional violin pedagogy.
