Beata Kardewicz is a performing violinist in Orange County and in Europe. She performs as a soloist and as a orchestra member. Beata is also a well known teacher in Orange County. She teaches violin individually and as a coach of chamber ensembles.
Beata was born in Katowice, Silesia, Poland. Her mother, musician as well, was giving her first music lessons. At age of seven she started playing violin in the class of violin of School of Music in Bytom first under Grazyna Grenda, Jacek Siemek and then Michal Siwy supervision. In years 1992-1994 she was a member of Primary School Youth Symphonic Orchestra and other chamber enembles.
Beata Kardewicz was honorable mentioned at Silesian Violin Contest, Zabrze, Poland in 1996 and performed solo with chamber orchestra "Camerata Impuls" in 1997 (at age of 15). In years 1994-2001 she was a member of Polish Youth Symphony Orchestra that performed in Poland and other European coutries. She attended many music festivals expanding her music knowledge.
At that time she discovered her passion for painting and since then she pursued developing different painting and drawing techniques.
Beata finished secondary level of Fryderyk Chopin's Music School in Bytom with distinction. In years 2001-2004 she was studying violin performance at Silesia University under supervision of Prof. Hilary Drozd. She finished Bachelor of Fine Art with distinction.
Miss Kardewicz also completed higher education, Master of Arts in Artistic Education in the Field of Music. She was awarded with the possibility of individual study. She was a concermaster of Chamber Orchestra formed in Cieszyn and performing in Germany.
She attended master classes with such a great violinists as Mark Kaplan, Sidney Harthm Kathleen Winkler and James Kanter.
Recently she is finishing her Master Degree in Violin Performance under supervision of Dr Ernest Salem at California State Univerrsity Fullerton.
