Violin is fun! My string quartet played for a wedding in Western Attire while the Bride rode down the isle on a horse. My young beginners can play a song right away. My teenage violin students are in Youth Symphonies. One former student is working on her Master's in Violin Performance in Europe right now. A Children's Orchestra of my own students played for my wedding. I have played with the San Diego Symphony & other Orchestras.
